Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 300g chicken breast, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
