Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 300g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
  • Add cooked rice to the skillet and mix well with the chicken and vegetables.
