Ingredients:
- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 200g fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Grill or panini press
- Knife

- Spatula
Instructions:
- Preheat a grill or panini press.
- Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and drizzle the inside with olive oil.
- Layer the mozzarella slices, tomato slices, and fresh basil leaves on the bottom half of each roll.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the layers and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the other half of the ciabatta roll.
