Ingredients:

  • 2 ciabatta rolls
  • 200g fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Grill or panini press
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Preheat a grill or panini press.
  • Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and drizzle the inside with olive oil.
  • Layer the mozzarella slices, tomato slices, and fresh basil leaves on the bottom half of each roll.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the layers and season with salt and pepper.
  • Top with the other half of the ciabatta roll.
  • Grill the sandwich for about 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
  • Remove from the grill, slice in half, and serve warm.
