Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 300g)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cubed bread (preferably sourdough)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
