Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 100g pancetta, diced
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Frying pan
- Mixing bowl
- Whisk

Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced pancetta. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the pancetta and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
- Add the hot spaghetti to the pancetta and garlic mixture, tossing to combine.
- Remove the pan from heat and quickly pour the egg and cheese mixture over the spaghetti, stirring rapidly to create a creamy sauce. If needed, add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and black pepper.
